Dear Customer, thank you for your interest in our universal double-DIN car stereo. To ensure a perfect fit and successful installation, PLEASE confirm the following TWO points before placing your order. This will save you time and money!

1. Confirm Your Dash Opening Size

This unit is a standard Double-DIN size (length x high x depth: 7″ x 3.93″ x 3.5″).

You MUST measure the dashboard opening in your vehicle after removing the factory radio! If your opening is smaller or irregularly shaped, it may not fit directly and could require dashboard modification or a special bracket.

2. Prepare Necessary Installation Parts (NOT Included)

This universal head unit requires the following parts for installation. These parts are VEHICLE-SPECIFIC and must be purchased separately. They are NOT included with this stereo.

Double-DIN Dash Kit / Installation Kit：This mounts the new stereo into your vehicle’s dashboard. You need a kit designed specifically for your Vehicle’s Make, Model, and Year.Wiring Harness Adapter：This connects the new stereo to your vehicle’s wiring for power and speakers. You need a harness that matches both your vehicle’s plug and this stereo’s plug. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Do not cut your factory wires. Using a harness adapter is safe and reliable.Antenna Adapter：This allows you to connect your vehicle’s factory antenna to this stereo for radio reception. You need an adapter that connects your car’s antenna plug to this stereo’s antenna port.

Warning – Voltage Check: This unit must only be used in 12V DC systems. Confirm your car’s voltage is below 14V before installation.

Troubleshooting

Q1: Will this car stereo fit my car?

A: This is a universal double-DIN car stereo. To install it in your vehicle, you will need a double-DIN sized opening in your dashboard. If not, you will need a separate installation kit compatible with your car’s make, model, and year. Since we do not provide this kit, please search on Amazon or Google using the following format: Your Car Year, Make, Model double DIN installation kit (For example: “2015 Honda Civic double DIN installation kit”). This kit is required for a perfect installation. If you’re unsure, we recommend consulting a professional car stereo installer.

Q2: Why won’t the car stereo power on?

A: Check power wires: Yellow (B+): Constant 12V; Red (ACC): Ignition 12V; Black (GND): Ground; (For standalone testing, you can connect the Yellow (B+) and Red (ACC) wires together to the positive terminal of the car battery, and the Black wire (GND) to the negative terminal.)

After connecting these 3 wires correctly, turn the ignition switch on/off, and the unit should power on/off accordingly.

Q3: Why are the radio stations and other settings not saved?

A: The Yellow (B+) and Red (ACC) wires are reversed. Yellow must be connected to constant power to save memory. Not for 24V trucks.

Q4: No sound from speakers?

A: Please check your speaker connections. This unit has 4 channels. Ensure each speaker’s positive and negative wires match the stereo’s outputs. Quick Test: You can verify the stereo’s output by connecting a standard home speaker directly to its wires.

Q5: Why does the car stereo turn off automatically a few seconds after powering on?

A: Common in CAN Bus vehicles. Solution: Buy a CAN Bus decoder harness adapter (e.g., PAC brand) for your model. Alternative: Connect Red wire to a different ignition-on fuse.
